Section 1: Liability
In the event of delivery of an incorrect product, we are liable for the accident and all costs for solving the problem are for us.

Section 2: Retention of title
Every product we sell is sent when the purchase has been paid in full, only then is the file sent.

Section 3: Warranty and cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
Because all products we sell are downloadable digital products that cannot be returned, we do not have to provide a warranty and cooling-off period, there is no warranty and cooling-off period on all our digital products. In case of a fault with the product we do offer a 30 day warranty.

Section 4: Delivery conditions
After purchase, an email should be sent within 24 hours with a JPEG file of the purchased products.
Cancellation after purchase is not possible.
Because all our products are digital, no delivery costs are charged.

Algemene voorwaarden

Sectie 1: Aansprakelijkheid

In het geval van levering van een verkeerd product stellen wij ons aansprakelijk voor het ongeval en zijn alle kosten voor het oplossen van het probleem voor ons.

Sectie 2: Eigendomsvoorbehoud

Elk product dat wij verkopen wordt verstuurd wanneer de aankoop volledig betaald is, enkel dan wordt het bestand verstuurd.

Sectie 3: Garantie en bedenktijd (herroepingsrecht)

Doordat alle producten die wij verkopen een downloadbaar digitaal product is dat niet terug gestuurd kan worden hoeven wij geen garantie en bedenktijd te geven, er zit geen garantie en bedenktijd op al onze digitale producten. In het geval van een fout in het product geven wij wel 30 dagen garantie. 

Sectie 4: Leveringsvoorwaarden

 Na aankoop zou er binnen 24 uur een mail gestuurd worden met een JPEG bestand van de gekochte producten.

Na aankoop annuleren is niet mogelijk.

Omdat al onze producten digitaal zijn worden er geen bezorgkosten gerekend.
